The Register of Deeds Office is responsible for the recording and preserving of all transactions relating to real estate in Haskell County, including

• Deeds

• Mortgage

• Mortgage Releases

• Oil & Gas

• Plats

• Surveys

• Uniform Commercial Codes

• Military Discharges

• Tax Lien

Please remember, Register of Deeds are recorders not researchers. We do not offer legal advice of any kind.

***Please be aware that on Dec 30th, 2024 we will not be accepting E-Recordings. We will stop recording document at 12:00 pm (noon) on the 31st, 2024.  This will allow employees to close out the end of year reports.***
